Just in time for the Tennessee Vols/Florida Gators game in Knoxville…sliders are perfect for tailgating.
THIS VIDEO FROM TASTY WILL MAKE YOUR MOUTH WATER!
With the Tennessee Volunteers taking on the Florida Gators in Knoxville, I thought a Tennessee Slider and a Florida Slider would be appropriate.
These Tennessee sliders were inspired by my college days favorite… steamed sub from famous Sam & Andy’s Deli.
Tennessee Sliders

- 12-pack of dinner rolls or Hawaiian sweet rolls

- Layer turkey and smoked cheddar cheese on bottom half of rolls.
- Spread mustard on top half of rolls and place on top.
- Wrap in foil.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Slice, then serve!
Notes
You could try the Tasty method...Place rolls in a pyrex dish instead of foil. Baste with butter and bake. Slice and then wrap in foil to transport to a tailgate. Take to tailgate in a carryall with hot packs to keep warm.By KathyMillerTime

Have fun with the rivalry this weekend! Great recipes Kathy and looking forward to a good game!
Let’s hope it is good! And the right outcome!
Do we have to choose, or can we have one of each??
I think if you choose orange you will cover both!
A terrific video. I want to make them all.
Can’t wait to do the scrambled egg one for Sunday night.
I agree! I am going to try them all.
