MARCO’S COBB SALAD
Serving Size:
INGREDIENTS
- Grilled chicken, diced
- Artichoke hearts, quartered
- Sliced tomatoes
- Sliced cucumber
- Arugula
- Roasted red peppers, juilienned
- Cannellini beans
- Bacon, crumbled
- Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
INSTRUCTIONS
- Line up ingredients on a rectangular plate in a rainbow fashion
NOTES
Add or swap out ingredients. I think olives and avocado would be nice. I also prefer feta cheese or the white stilton mango and ginger cheese instead of gorgonzola.
