Ingredients
GATOR MARINADE (FOR 24 HOURS)
- 168 ounces soy sauce
- 80 ounces orange juice
- 20 ounces cranberry juice
- 20 ounces pineapple juice
- 18 ounces grapefruit juice
- 2 ounces hot sauce
- 4 ounces Dijon mustard
- 2 ounces granulated garlic
BLACKENED SEASONING
- 120 ounces blackening seasoning
- 18 ounces paprika
- 6 ounces thyme leaves
- 6 ounces oregano leaves
- 5 ounces red pepper
- 6 ounces white pepper
- 9 ounces black pepper
- 15 ounces granulated garlic
- 11 ounces onion powder
NOTES
This recipe was given to me by The Chimes in Baton Rouge….Large restaurant sized portions. Think you will be just fine mixing very small quantities of the spices and marinade.
