CHEESY CORN CASSEROLE
Serving Size: 8-10
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese – cubed
- 2 C sharp cheddar cheese
- 3/4 C milk
- teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1/4 lb smoked ham
- 12 oz frozen corn, thawed (fresh in summer)
Instructions
- Melt cream cheese, cheddar cheese, milk, stirring constantly until smooth and bubbly.
- Add garlic, salt & pepper
- (Cayenne is optional if you want a kick)
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in ham and corn.
- Transfer to a 2 qt buttered casserole.
- Bake 350 45-60 minutes.
