Vermont Maple Syrup Salad Dressing

Salad
- Greens
- Strawberries
- Candied Pecans or Cashews
Dressing
- 1/3 cup Maple Syrup
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped shallots
- 3 tablespoons whole grain Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Prepare salad.
- Mix dressing ingredients.
- Shake well and toss.
