GRILLED PORK TENDERLOIN

Ingredients
- 1/2 c. canola oil or olive oil
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
- 3 T. lemon juice
- 2 T. worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 T. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 T. dry mustard
- 1 1/2 t. pepper
- 2 pork tenderloins
Instructions
- Marinate tenderloins in plastic bag. Chill in refrigerator for 4 hours, turning occasionally; Drain.
- Grill 25 minutes, turning once. let sit 10- 15 minutes.
- Or bake in 350 degree oven 30 minutes…Let sit 10- 15 minutes…
Notes
Cooking time will depend on size of pork tenderloins.
